Terms of Sale
All sales are final and we do not accept returns due to change of mind. Most vintage and secondhand items will have some signs of age/wear and care is taken to display items condition accurately, noting any specific defects. Please look over all pictures and read the description to ensure you are happy with the item before purchase. Buyers have 24 hours after receiving an item to advise Mood Objects of any concerns they have with the condition of the item. Any damage incurred during transit with a courier is not the responsibility of Mood Objects, and Mood Objects is not to be held liable for covering any costs of repair or replacement. Custom order items are subject to either full payment, or a 50% deposit to create an order. A 15% cancellation fee applies should the customer wish to cancel an order, cancellation is only available if work on the custom item has not yet commenced.
Purchasing and Holds
We do not hold items without a deposit. Viewings before purchase can be arranged by appointment. An item is not considered sold until payment is made.
